With over 25 years of experience, I have worked as the catering manager for Pillsbury and General Mills in Minneapolis, MN ,  a salesperson for Dayton’s Catering (where I did private house parties, galas, weddings, and corporate events), the Director of Catering for Marshall Fields, State Street, a catering manager for Food For Thought at two Chicago law firms, and the General Manager for Wolfgang Puck at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis. Because of my experience, my clients are assured every detail of their event will be executed flawlessly from the flowers, linens, equipment, and most importantly the food.
