Executive Chef Liz is passionate about bringing our clients and guests the best foods from local purveyors and farmers to help continue on our mission to not only be a greener, sustainable company, but because it creates the base for her wonderful, creative food. Liz, classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu, loves to bring out the natural flavors in foods and develop recipes that highlight each ingredient that she puts into her dishes. Her motto is "fill up bellies with yummy food and make them happy!"

Liz comes to Hearty Boys from Limelight Catering where she spent 5 years as Executive Chef. She brings her wit, charm and an amazing knowledge of food to our table and will help make each and every event that she does an amazing gastronomic experience for all.
